Not sure which apprenticeship is for you?

Junior Engineer: You will be involved in the engineering and development of our cars. You could be based in Electrical Engineering, Body & Test Development or Whole Vehicle Engineering.  You will be learning key skills whilst studying for a Foundation or full degree.

Craft: Very practical based. Learn on-the-job skills such as woodworking, electrical systems or trimming parts with leather.

Technical: Practical based, but also requires elements of problem solving. You will be looking at better ways of working and finding solutions to problems.

Technicians: Combining craft and technical skills together. You could be working in maintenance where preventative work ensures the production line keeps moving.

Commercial: Interested in office based work? Do you like analysing information or solving IT problems A commercial apprenticeship in areas such as Finance or Information Systems might suit you.

Business: Helping to make sure we have the right people recruited into the business is really important. In this apprenticeship you will be working with the Personnel team to recruit future trainees. You will be carrying out administrative tasks such as diary appointments, co-ordinating events and using your organisational and planning skills. Your second and third year may be spent in Sales & Marketing or another administrative role.

No matter which apprenticeship you choose, you will be working towards either an Advanced or Higher Apprenticeship which is recognised nationally. In addition we will ensure you have the technical skills you need through on-the-job training, and develop your interpersonal skills through workshops and team activities.
